Our charges are clear-cut and simple. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments.

 

Estimates
We now charge for all estimates. This is to cover our time, congestion charges and any parking fees that we may incur. We charge a fixed fee of £100.00 Plus VAT per estimate. We will however take this cost off if you wish to proceed with the work.

 

Payments
Payment is due in full on completion of any work carried out. Unfortunately due to constant late payments we no longer offer credit. Payments accepted are either credit or debit card via chip and pin, online banking or in cash.

 

Materials
Materials supplied by us are charged at cost plus 10%.

Landlord Gas safety Certificates £80.00 Plus VAT (Up to 3 appliances)

Boiler Servicing (Standard Efficiency Boiler) £80.00 Plus VAT

Boiler servicing (Condensing boiler) £95.00 Plus VAT
